What if I have to cancel my reservations?– Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled check in time. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the spa treatment(s) you scheduled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the spa treatments you scheduled. Please confirm your treatment date & times at the time of scheduling and via our courtesy notification e-mail. We strictly adhere to our cancellation, late arrival and 'no show' policies.
What should I wear? – Wear whatever is most comfortable. Specific garment type clothing may be recommended by the front desk depending on your treatment(s). The therapists are trained to drape you appropriately during treatment(s).
When should I arrive? – At least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure sufficient time to check in and change. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening it’s effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply.
Can my child accompany me during my services? – Children under the age of 12 are permitted in the treatment areas only when they are receiving services. Children may not accompany a parent during their services.
May I bring my valuables? – It is recommended you leave your valuables at home. We do not assume liability for any valuables.
How can I ensure a wonderful spa experience? – Discuss openly your likes, dislikes, concerns, questions or areas of focus with your therapist before and during your treatment.
To assure a healthy Spa environment, and as a courtesy to our guests, we do not service sick people. Please be considerate and stay at home if you have a cold, flu, or any other virus.
We work in intimate, closed quarters. With that, it’s important for us to be mindful of our hygiene and we’re asking that you are mindful of yours. We reserve the right to refuse service to those with offensive body odors. Thank you in advance for being mindful of your hygiene.
